Bandwidth.com Outage Notification

Dear Gateway Telnet Customer,

Many of you have been affected by intermittent issues with your phone service. The degradation of service started last Saturday (September 25th).

Bandwidth.com, a major (top 3) communications global provider, is experiencing a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack. This has become a global issue and is affecting end users as well as other major providers of services like Google Voice, Microsoft, Verizon or Zoom.

Federal agencies in both the US and Canada, as well as numerous other National agencies are responding to the attack.

We are working to mitigate the impact, though much of the resolution will rely on the response of Bandwidth.com.
